Special Projects Manager
Our company (Masha and the Bear brand) is looking for a talented and energetic Special Projects Manager skilled in both sales and event management. Together with our marketing, sales, design, and other teams, and in cooperation with the animation studio, one will attract new licensees and initiate such promotional events and projects as theatrical shows, celebrations, festivals, opening of branded zones in amusement parks and department stores, branded restaurants and playgrounds, and many more.
Search and attract licensed partners around the world to perform new promotional and cross-promotional projects: shows, events, parks, brand zones, restaurants.
Compile and fulfill licensee attraction plan, and meet the revenue target, submit budget plans and revenue forecasts, provide regular reports on current work and its results,
Control document flow and payments related to current and planned contracts.
Event support (40% of work)
Provide overall assistance to current licensees in their projects and events with the brand,
Coordinate marketing, promotional and cross-promotional projects with licensees,
Assist in organization of Meet&Greet events by partners,
Develop and update guidelines and supporting materials for live shows and events,
Regularly verify the partners’ work for compliance with brand identity, standards, and guidelines (check materials, attend rehearsal run-throughs, premiere performances, events and opening ceremonies),
Coordinate production of objects and elements for promo activities (including walking mascots), organize their delivery, storage and maintenance,
Organize and coordinate photo and video shooting of events and projects of the company and partners, maintain and update events’ archive,
Provide support to marketing and sales team with participation in other major events or organizing them.
3-6 years of experience in sales and attraction of business partners,
At least one year of experience in large-scale event management (concert tours, theatrical shows, public events with over 1000 participants, etc.)
Advanced level of English,
Experience of work with foreign partners is a plus,
Advanced organizational skills and time management skills,
High responsibility, attention to details,
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team.
